At Ship713, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. Because we offer a mix of shipping, packaging, and mailbox rental services, our refund policy varies depending on the type of service purchased.
Shipping Services

Once a package has been shipped through a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc.), all shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a shipment is lost or damaged, claims must be filed directly with the carrier. Our team will assist you in initiating and tracking claims, but final approval is determined by the carrier.

Shipping label purchases are non-refundable once generated.
Packaging & Retail Products

Unused retail products (boxes, tape, packing supplies, etc.) may be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be in new, resellable condition.

Custom orders (printing, personalized packaging, decals, etc.) are non-refundable once production has started.
Mailbox Rentals

Mailbox rental fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable once paid.

If a mailbox is canceled before the end of the rental term, no prorated refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for notifying Ship713 of any forwarding address changes prior to cancellation.
Service Fees

Notary, faxing, scanning, and similar service fees are non-refundable once the service is completed.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of duplicate charges or errors made by Ship713 staff.
